Change Communications Manager

A finance sector business requires a Change Communications Manager to join their team for 12 months. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing communication plans to support the transformation of the organisation.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with "change and communications" colleagues to ensure that communications plans and key messages are aligned, build relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and develop communication tool kits for leaders and managers to use.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years working in a change communications, internal communications or PR role
  • Copy writing experience, preferably in professional services
  • Experience of working in business change environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Impeccable organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Project management skills
