Do you have 3+ years’ experience in a compliance or customer focused servicing environment within the financial services sector? A growing financial business requires an experienced individual to fill their Client Case Management role.
In this varied role, it will be your duty to carry out end-to-end handling of international customer instructions as well as providing support and direction to other team members.
You will also ensure that all internal procedures are completed, including quality and correct client risk assessments with referral to the MLRO / Compliance, as necessary.
