A financial services group is looking to recruit a Business Development Lead to be primary responsibility to grow the International and cross border Group Risk and Retirement & Savings business lines in all core markets.
The individual will develop the key partner relationships with all internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifetime of the products and look to expand the current distribution and market capability.
The ultimate goal being to write profitable business and maximise client retention and broker relationships. The role holder will integrate with the all Corporate Solutions teams across multiple locations, to deliver the sales objectives and strategic plan for Corporate Solutions.
Key tasks include the initial non-binding discussions of agreements including elements such as products, high quality documentation and training materials.
Applicants must have at least 7 years prior experience in the finance services industry with a proven track record as a Senior Account Manager in Volume Corporate Sales, typically graduate qualified and will have appropriate Sales / Marketing / Financial qualifications either ACII /FCII or other equivalent qualification.
