Broking Manager

A local insurance firm is looking for a Broking Manager to join their team to manage and direct the broking teams in Guernsey and Alderney.

The successful candidate will identify and meet the insurance needs of clients and through active prospecting, the provision of excellent broking advice and the sale/servicing of suitable products in a manner designed to establish long term and effective relationships with new and existing clients and insurers alike.

Key duties:

• Developing, owning and delivering sales plans, and activities that are strategically designed to maximise selling and other business opportunities.
• Acting as a leadership role model to influence support and coach the wider team in Guernsey and Alderney.
• Producing, analysing and reporting sales and customer service reporting.
