Associate - Financial Services

A leading law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Associate to join their Financial Services Law department, to provide legal advice relating to corporate and commercial law, investment funds, general financial services, insurance, and reinsurance. 

Main responsibilities:

• Providing legal support to the partners and advising on various legal matters.
• Ensuring all clients receive a high quality, timely and professional service.
• Supporting new ventures seeking ways to develop our services.
• Managing risk exposure in line with their policies and procedures.
• Attracting work from existing clients and developing new client relationships.
• Responsibility for a range of activities, to build the firm's know-how and external reputation through seminars/writing of articles/presentations etc.

The desirable candidate will have a UK commonwealth qualification, have 3–5-year PQE experience, have strong organisational/time management skills, and able to prioritise and work independently, whilst managing a workload effectively.
