Key Role:

• Managing the administration of a portfolio of clients, with more complex requirements.
• Ensuring the business is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
• Identifying business improvements with policies and procedures, and changes to improve client experience.
• Supervising, mentoring, and assisting with training staff and continued development.

The successful applicant will have a high attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be qualified in ICSA or STEP.
