Assistant Manager

Are you an experienced Trust Administrator? Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities 

  • Advising and mentoring Trust Officers, Senior Administrators, Administrators and Trainees on all day-to-day matters 
  • Administering a portfolio of clients 
  • Assisting the Team Manager to ensure that client's needs are being met
  • Proactively recognising when staff workflows are varying and need adjusting 
  • Reviewing systems and work practices to ensure that the office is functioning efficiently
  • Ensuring training is relevant and staff are properly equipped with the necessary skills
  • Managing the appraisal process for the team 
  • Monitoring portfolio billing and receivables and assisting with quarterly billing 

Ideally you will have a relevant qualification or working towards one, along with some line management experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff is essential.  In addition, the ability to work with bespoke IT packages is required.
