Assistant Manager

Are you an experienced trust officer looking for a new challenge ? A fiduciary services company is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team, reporting into the Trust Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries 
  • Producing minutes, agreements, and other documentation
  • Undertaking bookkeeping
  • Arranging the completion of payments distributions, invoices
  • Undertaking administration of a portfolio of trust and companies
  • Overseeing client reporting 
  • Undertaking project management tasks
  • Managing staff and workloads

 

For this role you would need to be STEP/ICSA qualified and have 7 years' experience in trust and company administration. Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage staff and workloads . The ability to work accurately with high attention to detail is important.
