Assistant Manager - Onboarding and File Review

A leading investment services group is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team on a temporary 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Undertaking client file reviews 
  • Evaluating client due diligence to confirm it meets current regulatory requirements
  • Making recommendations 
  • Liaising with colleagues in other teams 
  • Ensuring all findings are recorded accurately
  • Taking ownership of action points emerging from file reviews, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
  • Carrying out onboarding tasks 
  • Providing management information to the Project Manager 
  • Bringing any concerns to Senior Managements attention

Ideally you will have experience in an administrative, file review, or client onboarding role. A relevant qualification would be preferred, but is not essential. Good IT skills, particularly in Word and Excel is required, along with an excellent approach to collaborative working, and good-problem solving skills.
