Assistant Human Resources Manager

Do you hold the CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management or have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience? Our Client is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support the team members for various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management, overseeing and supporting recruitment, including marketing, for allocated locations, as well as assisting the Human Resources Manager with HR matters including contact with recruitment agencies
  • Conducting interviews and providing candidate feedback
  • Carrying out the induction process for all new staff across the group. 
  • Processing payrolls within allocated location(s) and overseeing the outsourcing of payroll to a third party
  • Playing an integral part in the annual salary review and promotion process
  • Acting as a point of contact for staff

This role requires the candidate to have good knowledge of employment legislation here and applicable to group locations, payroll administration experience as well as effective interviewing skills.
