Assistant Fiduciary Administrator

Are you organised, with excellent secretarial and administrative skills? This independent provider of fiduciary services, requires an Assistant Fiduciary Administrator to support their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing board minutes, corporate and other documents
  • Setting up and maintaining client and entity records
  • Maintaining financial records 
  • Drafting bank instructions and invoicing 
  • Preparing for Committee meetings and meetings with clients and advisors
  • Assisting with client reporting including drafting responses to queries


Good communication skills are essential along with a proactive and methodical approach. Administration experience in the finance sector would be advantageous but not essential as would experience of Acumen software or an equivalent database.
