Can you manage risk, deliver results, and challenge conventional thinking? Our client is looking for an Assistant Commercial Underwriter to join their team. The chosen candidate will need great commercial underwriting acumen and strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills too.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification or substantial progress towards this (desirable), for example, Cert CII, and 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at Grade C or above. This role is also open to trainees who wish to start a career in a new sector and have some previous office experience. In addition, you will have good time management skills, a good approach to teamwork and a clear understanding and commitment to customer service is crucial.
