Assistant Vice President - Learning & Development

A private bank is seeking an Assistant Vice President- Learning & Development, to be responsible for managing, delivering, and designing learning programs. 

The role holder will identify learning needs and provide guidance on learning options, tracking and measuring learning activities and assisting with talent management and other Human Resources projects as needed.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources, plus 5 years' experience or equivalent, have a knowledge of local employment legislation and the Bank's policies, procedures and practices and have strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced facilitation and/or presentation skills.
