Assistant Trust Administrator

Our client is looking for an Assistant Trust Administrator to join their team who will work closely with senior members of the team on all aspects of work including notifying them of any problems and offering constructive solutions.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, written communications, setting up trusts, collecting cash and reviewing debtors on a regular basis and billing of clients on a quarterly basis.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a strong team player, self-motivated, with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of their work.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and a 'can-do' attitude in a demanding position.
  • Have the ability to deliver results without compromising quality and accuracy with a positive outlook.
  • Have a high level of discipline and an excellent productivity rate, strong written and oral communication skills are a critical requirement of the position.
