Assistant Relationship Manager

Our client is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to assist the team in the delivery and development of supporting services to the client relationship managers and their clients.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Company Secretarial duties
  • Preparation of payments
  • Meeting support, including room set up and clear down, lunch orders, taxi arrangements, etc
  • General office administrative duties, including covering, for absences, dealing with general reception tasks
  • Liaison with professional firms as required
  • Being proactive in supporting company-wide objectives

The desirable candidate will have experience in banking, corporate secretarial or office administration would be beneficial (approx. 2 – 3 years) and have a good knowledge of Guernsey Fiduciary industry and regulatory requirements would be beneficial but not essential
