Assistant Manager, Fund

Our client is looking to recruit someone who has at least 3 years working with a financial institution, preferably within P.E., to join their team as an Assistant Manager. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Utilising the available new business resource, deliver the efficient take-on process for all entities in line with the company’s processes
  • Act as a first point of contact for client enquiries and to deliver a professional and competent response
  • Draft services agreements at take-on
  • Assist with the production and review of new promoter files, checklists and collation of information required to obtain compliance approval
  • All work undertaken complies with the Fund’s documentation and relevant regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering regulations
  • To successfully on-board clients within the launch deadline meeting client take-on expectations
  • Track and update new business from existing clients
  • Co-ordinate and arrange board meetings of General Partners of funds and other companies administered in the team 
  • Attend board meetings; assist with taking of minutes and presentation of reports.
  • Assist the Fund Accountants with the control and production of management, interim and audited accounts for all the team’s clients.
  • Control and monitor the bookkeeping process.
  • Review the ledgers on a regular basis.

  • General knowledge of banking systems
