A fast expanding Trust Company is looking to recruit an Assistant Manager to join their Client Services department.
Responsibilities include liaising with clients and intermediaries in relation to a variety of transactions, maintaining client records and drafting company minutes. Other duties include preparing trustee resolutions and annual reviews, conducting reviews of financial statements, interpreting investment reviews, making international payments and opening bank accounts.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a good understanding of trust and company law and administration and have good time management skills. Hold a relevant industry qualification such as STEP or ICSA, excellent verbal and written communication skills, good time management skills and the ability to deal with sometimes difficult and sensitive issues are essential.
