Administrator, Insurance Management

Are you someone who has an excellent eye for detail and who enjoys exceeding expectations? If so, our client, an international finance firm, is seeking an Administrator to work in their Insurance Management department and it could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The main focus of the role is to administer and assist the other team members in the delivery of insurance management services to clients, including company secretarial and corporate governance responsibilities, ensuring all completed works adhere to company protocols.

Key duties:

  • Updating records.
  • Liaising with service providers and the Compliance team.
  • Reviewing AML, CDD, regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Preparing documents for board meetings.
  • Bank reconciliations and processing payments.
  • Assisting with preparing the Insurance Manager's reports.

Previous administration experience is advantageous, but not essential, and there is the opportunity to study for a professional qualification if desired.
