Our client is looking for an Administrator who will report to the Assistant Manager. The role necessitates a wide range of responsibilities and all staff will have a variety of duties.

The chosen candidate will respond to client instructions, queries and requests within a timely manner and proactively and reactively liaise with clients and intermediaries by telephone, email and written correspondence.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum 1 year experience within the pension industry or in a similar position
  • Have the desire to study towards a professional qualification
  • Have a strong sense of accountability, delivery and productivity
  • Have good organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Have an understanding knowledge of compliance and regulation
  • Be accustomed to working as part of a team
  • Be adaptable and self-motivated
