A global trust and corporate service provider is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their client services team, to provide support with the administration of a varied and interesting portfolio of complex clients.

The role holder will liaise with clients and intermediaries on their transactions, drafting company minutes and trustee resolutions, manage standard correspondence and maintaining client records.

The desirable candidate for this role will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience within a fiduciary environment
  • Be ideally working towards a relevant qualification e.g. STEP, ICSA or legal qualification (not essential) 
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team using own initiative
