An international insurance company is seeking an Administrator to provide support to the underwriting team.
- Keep the office running whilst Manager is travelling
- Produce quote documentation, renewal documentation on most risks and ensure all is sent out in a timely manner.
- Keep on top of all of the office administration, payment of bills & liaising with tradesmen and supplies etc.
- Data entry to ensure all items are being entered into the correct systems so the business can continue with excellent local management information for Guernsey, cross class and all individual business line systems and main-frame systems remain up dated.
- Assist the Manager with expenses bookings and ad hoc projects
The role is quite data heavy so will certainly suit somebody who is a self-starter with a clear eye for detail, good with numbers and has experience of working in a financial services environment.
