Our commercial client based on the outskirts of town is looking for a part time Administrator to join their small team.  This role is for 20 hours per week.

Administrative duties include:

  • Cash sale and reconciliations
  • Supplier invoicing and input of these into the system for payment
  • Inter-branch invoicing and processing
  • Invoice and credit queries
  • Supplier invoices and debit notes
  • Daily banking
  • General office duties such as filing, stationary requests and opening of post

The candidate must be meticulous and thorough with office experience, computer literate and a good communicator, who is happy to assist with any assigned tasks.
