Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator, to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team. This will involve recording of minutes in meetings, undertaking copy and audio typing of reports, assessments, correspondence, and other documents and ensure these are completed to a high standard and within set timescales. 

They will also organise meetings, book meeting rooms and send out invitations, organise travel arrangements and assist with general reception duties during busy periods, including responding to telephone calls and visitors. 

The desirable candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent minute taking abilities, typing and audio skills.  
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, to a high standard, with the minimum of supervision.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Hold a valid category B driving licence.
