Administrator - Risk & Operations

Our client is looking to recruit a Temporary Administrator within the Risk and Operations team from August 2021 until September 2022. 

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Organising, arranging, and maintaining diaries for the Director of Risk and Operations 
  • Creating accurate and concise minutes of meetings when necessary, including potentially Risk Committee meetings.
  • Proof reading documents, papers, correspondence, and other written material.
  • Ensuring the relevant team member, including the Directors, are well prepared for meetings.
  • Arranging attendance at events including coordinating travel, visas and accommodation; ensuring value for money.

This position is open to full time or part time candidates.
