Within a small local property company, a brand-new Business Administration role has opened up for two individuals to job share, and work part-time on a permanent basis, working 22.5 hours, 3 days per week, 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, whilst also providing holiday cover! 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Booking clients in for property viewings
  • Answering phone calls and email/diary management 
  • Making up client files 
  • Collecting client due diligence
  • Assisting with compiling and printing brochures
  • Petty cash reconciliations
