Do you have good organisation and communication skills? A local property business is seeking an Administrative Support to assist their office team.

Key responsibilities 

  • Booking clients in for property viewings
  • Answering phone calls and email management 
  • Making up client files 
  • Answering phone calls and email management 
    Collecting client due diligence
  • Assisting with compiling and printing brochures
  • Petty cash reconciliations

Good communication skills and an excellent attitude towards client service are required. In addition a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
