An international bank is seeking an Administration Oversight to join their Securities Services team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the outsourced NAV, GDTA and Financial Statements production
  • Provide local sign off for NAV calculations
  • Ensure local AML requirements are complied with
  • Track the timeliness and quality of financial statements production
  • Participate in service delivery oversight calls
  • Identify and manage areas for improvement in the client service delivery process
  • Ensure effective timely and relevant communication with stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop positive and professional working relationships

The ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in a Fund Accounting and Valuations department, strong business sense and awareness of the key issues/ risks within he Accounting & Valuations and GDTA  area, excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to organise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
