Administration/Compliance Support

Our client operates a high quality, private, 'family office' fiduciary business and due to expansion, hopes to increase its staff resources in order to administer its High Net Worth client base.

The desirable candidate will have the following:

  • Several years of client administration experience and a good understanding of Guernsey AML/CFT compliance
  • Relevant qualifications in either ICSA, STEP or ICA (these qualifications would be preferred, but are not essential for this role)
  • Excellent client service skills, with a good telephone manner and the willingness to attend face to face meetings with the intermediaries
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to think logically and consistently
  • The readiness to help out where necessary and be a 'team player' in a small office
  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn Trust/Company admin systems
  • Familiarity with the Acumen database would be an advantage
