Administration Assistant

A legal firm is looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service to the Guernsey office working within the Global Support Team.

Duties will include filing, scanning and file/document management. The role may also include diary management, invoicing and assisting with document preparation. 

Applicants must have proven administration skills, have 3 years' experience in an Administrative/Secretarial role within a legal or professional services environment, have fast and accurate typing skills and have previous administrative and document management experience.
