Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Senior Management Team with diary management, meeting preparation, travel planning and completion of expense forms
- Assisting with travel arrangements for visitors, and various staff, both local and overseas
- Booking meeting rooms and liaising with caterers
- Co-ordinating attendance to in-house presentations
- Assisting with organising dinners and various social events
Key criteria:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, and Teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent personal organisation and time management skills
