Accounts Administrator

Our client is looking to recruit an Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their property management team for 24 hours per week. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Print preview and final demand reports for tenant invoices on a monthly basis and give to Property Managers.
  • Produce tenant invoices for month/quarter and post out making sure copies are sent to Landlords where appropriate
  • Produce quarterly management statements for all managed properties
  • Credit control on all outstanding tenants invoices and report to Property Managers
  • Undertake monthly bank reconciliations 
  • Assist Property Managers with balancing service charges at year end to enable budgets to be set for the following year
  • Liaise with tenants, suppliers and landlords on a regular basis and sort out any queries
  • Keep accurate records of payments and receipts from tenants 

The desirable candidate will have experience in a similar role, have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and has excellent time management skills.
