Our client is looking to recruit an Part Time Accounts Administrator to join their property management team for 24 hours per week.
- Print preview and final demand reports for tenant invoices on a monthly basis and give to Property Managers.
- Produce tenant invoices for month/quarter and post out making sure copies are sent to Landlords where appropriate
- Produce quarterly management statements for all managed properties
- Credit control on all outstanding tenants invoices and report to Property Managers
- Undertake monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist Property Managers with balancing service charges at year end to enable budgets to be set for the following year
- Liaise with tenants, suppliers and landlords on a regular basis and sort out any queries
- Keep accurate records of payments and receipts from tenants
The desirable candidate will have experience in a similar role, have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and has excellent time management skills.
