Melissa has been with Situations for 10 years now but previously worked in the legal field, having joined Situations with 13 years’ previous experience gained at a local firm of Advocates where she was a Non-Contentious Court Officer. She was also responsible for Company Administration, assisted with Trust work and acted as Membership Secretary of the Guernsey Institute of Directors for 8 years. Melissa is a Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, having completed the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice with distinction, she has passed the ILM Introductory Certificate in Leadership & Management and is an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute. Melissa is also a Council Member of Guernsey’s Young Business Group – www.ybg.gg.  As well as dealing with office management, she places mid to senior level permanent staff in every area of both the finance and commercial sectors.
