Our client, a fund administration company, is seeking a candidate ideally qualified in Prince II to support the Service Level Manager in the implementation of new technologies with particular focus on the configuration, training, support and testing processes.

Duties will include supporting the Service Level Manager in the costing and prioritisation of activity within agreed budgets, working with end users, documenting critical dependencies between configuration items and  identifying problems and monitoring incidents.
