An International Group  is in search of a Legal Counsel to work within their fiduciary services division.  The purpose of the role will be to manage legal risks within the fiduciary services business area of the Group, both within the Company’s Group fiduciary services entities offshore and onshore.  It is essential that all applicants are qualified lawyers, degree educated and admitted lawyer (solicitor or barrister) in common law jurisdiction with at least 7 years Post qualification experience, including fiduciary services experience.

This is an interesting part-time role (3 days per week or equivalent), for a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ post qualification professional experience in the Guernsey funds industry and up-to-date knowledge of applicable Guernsey law and regulation.

The successful candidate will provide legal support guidance and advice to group companies in relation to the provision of fund administration, custody and related services to Guernsey and non-Guernsey investment funds.
