Guernsey Debt Manager

An investment company is seeking a qualified accountant with prior experience of team management and a strong understanding of debt financing and restructuring, ideally from a banking environment, with a working knowledge of corporate finance and IFRS accounting preferred. Excellent command of written and spoken English is required and fluency in German would be an advantage.

Duties will include:

Assisting with deal execution
Supporting due diligence and closing processes
Collecting due diligence materials
Managing external relationships with lawyers and lenders etc.
Monitoring all real estate loans
Assisting with ad hoc financial projects etc.

An asset management company is seeking native German speakers. Swiss candidates would also be welcome.

This is a varied role undertaking many office tasks. Part of the role is supporting their German-speaking business regarding investment administration. This is a mid-level appointment.

A company providing bespoke investment solutions to trust companies and high net worth individuals is seeking a motivated and self driven individual to fill a senior business development/ client relationship role. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for all Client Relationship Manager duties including investment service and product sales, client relationship development/ management, regular client reporting an other client support functions. The role holder must be able to demonstrate a high level of both sales and client relationship experience, with at least five years’ direct financial services experience and a strong understanding and knowledge of the financial markets and products.
