This is an unusual position in that it is a senior HR role with an excellent benefits package on offer combined with part-time hours of max. 25 per week.

The roleholder within this life and pensions company, will work closely with senior and line managers providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities; advising management on compliance and risk factors relating to HR; managing investigations and disciplinary matters; developing, implementing and maintaining HR policies etc.

The successful candidate will also be involved with training of staff including sourcing external training provision; assisting with salary review process; providing monthly reports to and participating in monthly management team meetings etc.  We have a detailed job description.

Applicants should have CIPD membership or equivalent with proven HR experience and be fully conversant with employment law and HR best practice.
