A fiduciary company is seeking a Fund Accounting Administrator with relevant funds accounts experience, who has taken and passed exams leading to the CAT qualification.

The successful candidate will assist more senior members of the team in the administration and basic accounting of a portfolio of funds, including preparing valuations and liaising with external service providers, auditors, custodians etc.

A commercial company is seeking someone to produce monthly management accounts for group companies, ensuring data is accurate and timely.  This will include reviewing draft audit files and answering audit queries.

Candidates should be undertaking or have recently completed an entry-level accounting qualification (e.g. CAT or studying ACCA) with good IT skills.  Knowledge of Open Accounts would be advantageous.

Two positions are available –  one permanent, the other a 6 month contract.

This role, within a large financial services organisation, will suit a candidate with at least 1 year’s experience in preparing accounts with preferably 2 years’ fund/PE experience.  An intermediate level in Excel, excellent client servicing and strong communication skills are also required.  Applicants should be newly qualified/nearing completion of ACCA.

This is an important senior role within a large commercial company.

The individual will implement a cycle of full consolidated monthly reporting as well as taking ownership of the year-end consolidated statutory reporting for the group.  The role-holder will be heavily involved in driving the format of monthly reporting and ensuring that the monthly and annual reporting timetables are adhered to.

Candidates should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post qualification experience and advanced level Microsoft Excel experience plus a solid understanding of group consolidation prepared under UK GAAP.
