An international private equity firm has a vacancy for a PA/Office Manager to cover maternity leave for a 15 month period.

Duties are:

  • office management
  • facilities management
  • PA/organising work
  • travel organisation for staff and occasionally for visitors
  • copy typing and occasional direct dictation from management
  • acting as keyholder – may be called out of office hours to assist with building issues

This job will suit an experienced person who is highly professional, highly presentable and a strong organiser, willing to be flexible and proactive and happy to work autonomously.  A finance sector background is not necessary.

Administration Officer Contract (Co. Admin). | Part time | Ref 13301

A fiduciary company has a 6 month contract for a part-time (25 hours per week, 9.30 a.m. – 2.30 daily) administration officer to deal with the administration of companies.  Ideally the candidate will be able to provide occasional full time cover or increased hours to cover holidays.

The main responsibilities are to assist in the following areas:

  • Guernsey company formations
  • online filings at Guernsey Registry
  • administration of companies
  • preparing board packs and meeting documents
  • arranging payments and undertaking book-keeping
  • record-keeping (manual and electronic)
  • hand delivery/collection of documents etc.

2 years’ company administration experience is required, good technological knowledge and strong IT skills.  Minute-taking experience would be advantageous. Candidates should be willing to commit to the whole 6 months.

A financial services group requires someone with systems development/implementation/analytical skills to assist with the roll-out of a new private equity system.  This is envisaged to be a 3-6 month contract.
