A prestigious fund administration company is seeking someone to assist with periodic reviews of clients to include collating paper files, covering details of client ownership and regulatory status, reviewing financial stability/viability, world checks and Google searches. The successful candidate will also be involved with the account opening/closing process and assist with the transition of new/exiting business.
The ideal candidate will hold a compliance/similar qualification and have experience in fund administration, due diligence processes and compliance.
A contract is offered until 1st August 2012.

A company connected with the finance industry, requires an MLRO in its fiduciary department for 4-6 months (at least until the end of June), maybe longer. Fiduciary experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Ideally, candidates will be able to work full time but a minimum of 30 hours per week may be considered.

A commercial company is seeking someone to produce monthly management accounts for group companies, ensuring data is accurate and timely. This will include reviewing draft audit files and answering audit queries.
Candidates should be undertaking or have recently completed an entry-level accounting qualification (e.g. CAT or studying ACCA) with good IT skills. Knowledge of Open Accounts would be advantageous.
Two positions are available – one permanent, the other a 6 month contract.

The role-holder will work within a small team in the legal department of this large commercial company, providing support and advice and dealing with a full range of HR issues, in particular, grievance, disciplinary, dismissal and appeal matters.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in an operational, staff-facing, HR environment and will have a working knowledge of UK employment law.
The job will involve weekly travel to the UK.
