Part-time Finance Administrator | Part time | Ref 13152

A private equity company is seeking a part-time finance administrator to work either 9-5 for 3 days per week or 9-3 for 4 days per week.

The roleholder will be responsible for:

  • Invoice processing
  • Payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable reconciliations
  • Quarterly reporting
  • Annual audit
  • General correspondence.

Candidates should have experience of working in a financial administrative role with a good understanding of Excel and experience of working with an accounting system.  CAT, AAT or similar qualification is preferred together with experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics GP and knowledge of a private equity environment.
