- preparing minutes and disseminating action points

Candidates should have experience in book-keeping and accounts, company law and administration, professional writing, taxation, relationship management, risk awareness, IT literacy and communication skills.
The position holder will be educated as a minimum to A’level standard and preferably hold or be studying towards a professional qualification such as ICSA. 2 years’ exposure to company secretarial services is required.
