A finance organisation has a varied role for a Customer Services Assistant, who will be in constant contact with the general public, supporting dealers and in regular contact with other branches, head office and management.
The role encompasses:
- Receptionist duties (answering phones/dealing with general enquiries, banking and postal delivery)
- Greeting customer and cashier duties
- Stationery control
- Invoice processing
- In house marketing assistant
- Assisting sales & collections staff
- Liaising with supporting dealers and maintaining service standards.
The company will offer career enhancement to the right candidate through training in all aspects of lending and collections.
Hours are 10 a.m. – 2 / 2.30 p.m.
