According to Matthew Jeffery of Autodesk in Recruiter magazine it’s Simon Cowell

because:

he has a firm idea of his objectives
he has a well thought-out interview process – prescreening, interviewing and screening talent
he gives immediate feedback on how the candidate performed
he brings out the human story behind each applicant.

Supporting the GSPCA

Situations is pleased to announce that we are supporting the GSPCA in their valuable work this year. Members of our staff will be volunteering their time every month to help where needed.

The GSPCA is a very busy charity with many events this year such as the Dog Show on 7th July and “Seafront Sunday” on 9th September.
