This year we are celebrating 30 years in business! Throughout that time, we’ve focussed on the professional and friendly service that we provide to both our clients and candidates alike in placing permanent and temporary staff at every level. The last year has been fantastic for us; our best ever financially, we won Best Use of Social Media at the Guernsey Customer Service Awards and we came 2nd for Best Small Business at the Guernsey Awards for Achievement.
In the last 18 months, we’ve expanded our team by 2, so we just wanted to give you a little reminder of what we all do:-
- Jenny Mitchell – Director/Shareholder – manages the business and places Permanent and Contract staff
- Melissa Campbell – Director/Shareholder – manages the business and places Permanent and Contract staff
- Nadine Gavey – Recruitment & Operations Manager – Nadine’s just returned from maternity leave and she manages Permanent staff placements
- Liga Berzina – Senior Consultant, Permanent & Temp Placements – we’re delighted that Liga is now managing our Temp Desk and overseeing Temp Payroll as well as placing Permanent staff.
- Lisa Reynolds – Consultant, Permanent Placements – Lisa has been covering Nadine’s maternity leave, placing Permanent staff, and we’re over the moon to say that we’re keeping her!
- Anna-Marie Inniss – Office Manager/Receptionist
- Becky Corbin – Administrator – Becky also manages our online presence
- Kirstie Trudgeon – Bookkeeper/Administrator - Kirstie is the latest addition to our team, she joined us in June. She processes our Temp Payroll each week and helps keep us in the black!
- Patrick Lynch – Chairman
